Keith L. Scott is Founder & Chief Executive Officer of K.L. Scott Ventures, LLC. He is an entrepreneur, business coach, executive advisor, and speaker with more than 32 years of experience leading organizations through strategy, growth, transformation, and operational execution. As a small business leader, he has built and scaled eight-figure companies, bringing together the discipline of large-firm consulting with the agility, resilience, and hands-on leadership required to grow successful businesses. His background includes leadership in management consulting, technology strategy, organizational transformation, operational improvement, and executive support, with experience serving public-sector, private-sector, and mission-driven organizations.
Mr. Scott is also the Founder and CEO of K.L. Scott & Associates, an IT and management advisory firm supporting government leaders build solutions that deliver successful outcomes for their communities. Additionally, his background with firms such as Deloitte and Gartner, and his reputation as a trusted advisor to leaders navigating complex, high-stakes transformations.
